2.2 Single Account
Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. btdbd reserves the right to close accounts and cancel withdrawals if false information is provided.
2.4 KYC Verification
btdbd conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to ensure security. This may require a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. btdbd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is completed.
Account Management
3.1 Login Credential Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. Attempting to access another person's account will be treated as a serious violation.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. btdbd is not responsible for any loss resulting from negligence in handling login credentials.
3.3 Account Limit Settings
Users can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits on their accounts. These limits are applied as part of responsible gaming.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
btdbd reserves the right to take necessary action regarding accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Balances in inactive accounts will be kept safe and will be available once the user becomes active again.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum Amount
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount on btdbd is ৳500 for both. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
4.2 Payment Methods

Only payment accounts registered in your name may be used. Using third-party payment accounts is prohibited.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:

- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If bonus abuse is detected, such as attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or any other fraudulent activity, btdbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
5.5 Promotion Validity
Each bonus and promotion has a specific validity period. If wagering requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled. Expired bonuses cannot be recovered.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
btdbd believes in fair play. All our games are operated using verified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensures equal opportunity for all players.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

Consequences: For any of the above violations, btdbd reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit accumulated balance and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.
